eternally. It was composed by R. Sciamarella.

The composer of the Peruvian National Anthem is the Maestro José Bernardo Alcedo. The national anthem was presented in 1821. Since that time several versions were circulating and being played by military bands (some of them with variations of the original). In order to set the standards for the Peruvian National Anthem, the Peruvian government nominated a committee on April 14, 1900. This committee agreed that: "It is necessary to end having different versions of our Peruvian National Anthem, and it is our duty to preserve it the same way its author intended it". This committee officially incorporated the version of the Maestro Rebagliati. The sequence of this Midi is based on the official musical score issued by the Peruvian Government, dated May 08, 1901. This Peruvian National Anthem has being restored, arranged and orchestrated by the Maestro Claudio Rebagliati.
This is the hymn of the Universidad Nacional de
Trujillo .... "Redoblen los tambores, suenen los clarines, pasan los muchachos de la
eterna inquietud ... Abran paso la U avanza, somos los muchachos de la eterna
inquietud". Sequenced by Ricardo M. Serrano
This is the official theme of the International Spring Festival of Trujillo. I want to thank the "doc" LC , the operator of the #perú channel, for sending me a scanned version of the musical score. The sequence of this midi was based on that scanned version sent by him. Sequenced by Ricardo M. Serrano |
