Ladybugs first goal !!!

The "Lady Bugs" players are characterized to play a dynamic and entertaining game, putting pressure on the opponent and neutralizing them at midfield. The first five minutes of the game showed the determination of our players to win the game. As a result of the control of the ball, at the 5th minute Corina found herself open and beat the Lady Dragons goalie with a shot over the head. The "Lady Bugs" players were so aggressive that a series of off sides were sanctioned because they wanted to go forward several times.

It was a great team effort !!!

Erin and Bethany continued to take shots at goal, trapping the ball and passing to each side of the field. At the 13th minute, Casey retrieved the ball on the left side, pushed it forward to Sarah D, who dribbled along the sideline, it appeared that she was going to cross the ball to the middle, then she took a a shot at goal, scoring the second goal for the "Lady Bugs". Taylour substituted Casey at the 14th minute and started to dance with the ball, she dribbled at midfield and created several passes opening the game to the sides. Vanessa showed great determination in controlling the Lady Dragons attack. Kellie also played a beautiful game displaying great ball control. Kellie is our smallest player, it is a delight to see her handling the ball.

The "Lady Bugs" passing was superb. Near the 18th minute, Sarah D crossed the ball to Taylour while she faced 2 defenders, Taylour saw the goalie positioned outside her box and took a shot which slowly crossed the goal line. As an example, our goalie Wendy look so bored because the action occurred in the Lady Dragons field. Linette was solid in defending the center of the field. Briana and Rebecca did an outstanding job blocking the Lady Dragons attack. Several shots at goal took place in the second half. Corner kicks in favor of the "Lady Bugs" prevailed in this game. At the 6th minute, Sarah took the ball at midfield, continued to run forward beating two defenders and took a powerful shot beating the goalie again. Sarah D, took another strong kick after a nice cross from Lindsay, which sailed over the horizontal bar. Erin and Bethany continue with the attack. Casey was the captain of our team and covered the left defense with determination.

Ladybugs completely dominated the game !!!

Lindsay, Taylour, Kellie, Corina continued with great passing in midfield. Lindsay fought the ball on the right side, trapped it and passed it to Corina, who then crossed it to Sarah D. Sarah D took a shot which beat again the goalie. It was her third personal goal and moved the score to 6-0. The "Lady Bugs" continued to play aggressively in spite of being ahead in the game. They are trained to pursue the ball with determination, create openings in the field, pass the ball to their team mates and take a shot at any scoring opportunity.
